Incognito (Travel) Altar
I've found that it is really supportive to have a mini-altar at work or on the go--something small and inconspicuous that I can have in my office or take with me on trips.
I actually use a version of this mini-altar when I am teaching. I can carry it in my bag and set it up in on the table or podium when I am presenting. I've included a picture of my altar here!
The Incognito Altar kit includes:
- one tea tin, converted to include five storage compartments (colors of the storage compartments vary)
- one altar cloth (colors and styles vary)
- two tea candles
- mini chalk board
- Informational sheet on altars that includes information on what altars are and some suggestions for how to personalize them.

Green Ribbon Crew!
Join us in taking a stand against the current treatment of children due to the United States' immigration policy.
Protest against the practice of separating families by wearing a green armband, tying green ribbons and posting cards in your community. These small acts help to raise awareness and keep these children and families on our minds.
This Green Ribbon Crew starter kit comes with:
- printed green bandana
- length of green ribbon
- 10 informational cards
- document you can reproduce to help spread the word
If you'd like to make your own armbands, ribbons, and cards, please use the links above.
